stuidio policies

    • Rate: $99/hr (1-hour minimum)
       

    • Taxes: Added at checkout
       

    • Overtime: Your session ends at the scheduled end time. Staying past your booking incurs $10 per minute in overtime fees. This is strictly enforced to ensure courtesy for the next booking. To extend your time, call 763-954-0089.
       

    • Standard Cleaning Fee: $150 if the studio is left messy (trash, food/drink spills, props/furniture not reset). Any spills, damages, or hazardous conditions should be reported immediately to avoid further fees or risks.
       

    • Prohibited Substances Fee: Use of glitter, paint, body oils, or other restricted materials is not allowed. If used, additional cleaning/repainting fees starting at $150 will apply (up to replacement costs).
       

    • Liability: Guests are responsible for all damages to the studio, equipment, furnishings. Amplified Essence Studio is not liable for injuries, theft, or damages incurred during the rental.

    • Rescheduling:

      • Reservations may be rescheduled through the link in your booking confirmation email if done so 72 hours prior to original booking time.

      • Each booking may only be rescheduled once.

      • Additional reschedule requests will result in a $50 administrative fee.
         

    • Cancellations:

      • 30+ days before booking: Full refund, minus processing fees

      • 7–29 days before booking: 50% refund, minus processing fees

      • Under 7 days before booking: No refund

    • Bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
       

    • The maximum group size is 10 people. Additional attendees up to 20 total are $10 per person. Please inquire for additional details for larger party sizes as this will be considered an event.
       

    • Studio hours: 7am – 9pm (after-hours by request).
       

    • All bookings must be made in advance — no walk-ins or same-day bookings without prior confirmation.
       

    • Guests must reset the space before leaving. Failure to reset or remove trash = $150 cleaning fee.
       

    • Animals: $50 non-refundable fee + $150 refundable deposit. Approval required. Service animals are always welcome by law, but please give prior notice.
       

    • Special effects: Fire, pyrotechnics, paint, or similar effects require prior approval. Unauthorized use will result in serious fines.
       

    • Security: The studio uses video monitoring in non-private areas for security purposes.

  • List member options 

    • Monthly fees are billed automatically until canceled.

    • Additional hours are billed at the discounted rate for your membership tier.

    • Members receive priority booking and discounted workshop pricing.
       

    Membership Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

    • Mid-cycle cancellations are non-refundable, but you will continue to receive benefits until the end of your billing period.

  • Pricing: 

    • Non-Members: $2,000 per quarter

    • Members: $1,500 per quarter

    • Schedule: 6 bi-weekly sessions per quarter (in-person)

    • Missed Sessions: Can be made up via Zoom or recording

     

    Workshop Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancel 2+ weeks before the cohort start: Full refund, minus processing fees

    • Cancel within 2 weeks of the start: 50% refund, minus processing fees

    • No refunds once the cohort has begun (recordings will be made available)

Price:

$100/hr (1-hour minimum)

 

Includes:

  • Full access to the studio space and basic amenities.

 

Perfect For:

  • Flexible, one-off sessions and trying out the space.

Creator Tier:

  • $400/mo for 5 hours/month (additional hours at $90/hr)

Pro Tier:

  • $800/mo for 10 hours/month (additional at $85/hr)

Studio Partner Tier:

  • $1,600/mo for 20 hours/month (additional at $80/hr) + partner perks

All Memberships Include:

  • Priority booking and discounted workshop rates.

Personal Branding Workshops

Non-Members:

  • $2,000 per quarter

 

Members:

  • $1,500 per quarter (save $500)

 

Includes:

  • Six bi-weekly sessions using the Amplified Essence methodology, community building, and a mini brand photoshoot.
